WHEN: Sunday, October 16, from 10am to 3pm
WHERE: WHRO, 5200 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23508
WHAT: NATIONAL FERAL CAT DAY is a time to gather your feline-loving friends together to celebrate cats of all stripes (or spots!) no matter where they call home. Feral cats have been stigmatized the world over. Let’s work together to control their population and reduce the throwaway culture of unwanted animals.
